Happy New Year!
This is to inform that TAPA World Wide Council proposed a plan to roll out FSR level C and TSR level 3 Self-Certification scheme.
Since the strength of Security Chains are always measured by its weakest link, certification is one of the most common tools that people use for a transparent supply chain program. TAPA would like to encourage members, especially the SMEs members to consider and apply for FSR level C and TSR level 3 certification to secure their sites/facilities.
A conference call in Asia Pacific area had been organised at the end of Dec 2014. Many members are registered and attended this conference call for feedback and suggestions.
If you did not manage to dial in this conference call due to the busy schedule, please find more details about the scheme in the attached PDF file.
The Official Global Survey Link will be sent out to all members for feedback on the FSR Level C and TSR Level 3 for improvements mid of January.
The rollout of the FSR Level C and TSR Level 3 Self-Certification is on 1 March 2015.
TAPA hopes to aid in the promotion of supply chain security within the industry. Should you have any questions or suggestions for the above proposal, please feel free to contact the TAPA Asia Pacific secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org or Audit Committee: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your support and attention.
